How does shipping work?
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine; and an adult signature is required at the time of
delivery. Wines may be sold and delivered only to persons 21 years of age or older. By placing an order, you
represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and authorize us to engage a common carrier on your behalf
to deliver your wine to you of a person of your choice who is 21 years of age or older. We are sorry, but we
cannot deliver to post office boxes.
Where can you ship to?
We ship to states outside of California on a limited basis. Because of the licensing fees, sales tax and paperwork
we are limited to where we can ship. We apologize for any inconvenience. Ursa ships to: California, Colorado,
Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Washington, West
Virginia, and Wisconsin. We apologize for any inconvenience.
